ReplyDeleteIt is indeed important to check the effectiveness of training which was provided. In our organization we are using mandatory online quiz programs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. These quizzes consist with the information and learnings of the particular training session. Maximum 2 attempts were given for each employee to get 80% of correct answers to complete the quiz. If not they have to retake the training session.
